A Plynox export can combine generated game visuals and sounds, supplied materials such as flags or fonts, and content that you add. Rights and restrictions can differ for every part. Exporting a video does not by itself grant rights in content you do not own or have permission to use.
1. Plynox-provided elements
Plynox formats use procedural visuals, synthesized sounds, interface text, country flags and fonts in different combinations. Availability inside the product is not a promise that every export is cleared for every commercial or monetized use.
- Country flags: the Flagpedia supplier terms describe its flag images as public domain and say they may be used without restriction. A backlink is appreciated rather than stated as a requirement. Laws or rules concerning official symbols, names and trademarks may still apply to a particular publication.
- Fonts: upstream records identify Inter and Fredoka, which can appear in exported video text, as SIL Open Font License 1.1 fonts. The SIL OFL FAQ says attribution is not required for video titling or other artwork made with an OFL font. This does not clear the other images, names, music or branding in the video.
- Generated visuals, sounds and Plynox branding: the current Terms do not provide a broad guarantee that every resulting export is cleared for commercial use. Free exports keep the Plynox watermark. A watermark does not imply endorsement of your video.
Supplier information can change. See the current Flagpedia terms and SIL OFL information when those assets matter to your use.
2. Content you provide
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, include in an export and publish the content you provide. This includes custom images, marble skins, names, logos, crowd audio, sound effects, music and MIDI files.
Music can involve separate rights in the composition, recording and performance. Images and names can involve copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights. Owning a file or finding it online does not necessarily give permission to publish or monetize it.
3. Publishing and monetization
YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms make their own decisions about originality, eligibility, distribution and monetization. Plynox does not guarantee views or approval by a publishing platform. Review the platform rules that apply to your account and planned use, and add your own creative contribution where appropriate.
Before publishing
- List the images, audio, music, names, logos and marks in the video.
- Keep the source, license or written permission for each item.
- Check whether attribution is required and where it must appear.
- Confirm that the permission covers commercial or monetized use.
- Review the destination platform's current rules.
This guide explains the current product position and does not replace the Terms of Service. If you are unsure about rights for a planned publication, obtain advice for your situation or contact support@plynox.app with the asset category and format involved.
