- How does the 3-day free trial work?
- New subscribers start Pro with a 3-day free trial. You add a card up front, but you're not charged during the trial. After 3 days the trial automatically converts to paid Pro ($7/mo or $56/yr) unless you cancel first. Cancel anytime before the trial ends (from the billing portal in your dashboard) and you won't be charged a cent. The trial is available once, to first-time subscribers only.
- What does Pro include?
- Pro unlocks unlimited races, clean MP4 exports with no watermark, races with up to 20 marbles, up to 50 custom marbles, saved maps, and full Pro access across every app in the hub. The free plan includes 1 race per day in each game, with up to 10 marbles and watermarked exports.
- How am I billed?
- Pro is $7 per month or $56 per year (about $4.67/mo, a 33% saving). Payments are handled securely by Stripe, and you can switch between monthly and yearly at any time.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Open the billing portal from your dashboard to cancel or change your plan. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
- What happens when new apps launch?
- Our intent is to include new apps in the Pro plan as they launch: they appear in your catalog, with nothing extra to buy. If a future app is ever priced differently, we'll say so clearly up front.
